Welcome to Fernie Secondary
Fernie (population of approximately 5,500) is situated in the Southeastern region of British Columbia only five kilometers from the world-class Fernie Alpine Resort. Fernie Secondary School has a population of approximately 510 students. Fernie Secondary School, built in 1998, offers a variety of courses for grades seven through twelve. In the winter, Fernie is known for its skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling activities and in the summers are perfect for golf, hiking, camping, biking, fishing and many other activities.
